CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Speechwriter to serve on a potential contract supporting the US Coast Guard Office of Governmental Public Affairs (CG-092).

- Developing speeches and talking points for various Coast Guard Senior Leaders.
- Ensuring consistent application of messaging across all materials.
- Working closely with communications, and other teams to understand project goals and requirements.

- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND ten (10) years of experience relevant to speechwriting//OR//Master's Degree AND five (5) years of experience relevant to speechwriting.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. (Eligible to pass Federal security clearance process. Please visit the link for FAQs: Investigations & Clearance Process)
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in writing, communications, media, or related field.
- Direct experience supporting the US Coast Guard.
