Project Manager - Fort Bragg, NC (Onsite)
ASRC Federal is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Team at Fort Bragg, NC. This is a fully onsite position supporting the USASOC G-6 mission.
The ideal candidate is a client-facing leader with strong expertise in Change Management and Information Technology (IT) services, capable of driving both new and existing projects while ensuring alignment with USASOC G-6 and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) policies. This individual will oversee day-to-day project execution, manage strategic initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a proven ability to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Manager - Fort Bragg, NC (Onsite)

This individual will oversee day-to-day project execution, manage strategic initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams.

Primary Responsibilities
- Apply Change Management principles to ensure configuration requirements for network accreditations, inspections, and audits (e.g., DAIG) are met.
- Support the Configuration Advisory Board (CAB) and Change Management processes by applying ITIL best practices.
- Evaluate and manage networking hardware, software, and life cycle strategies to support change management.
- Develop, implement, and refine change management policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Employ data management, documentation, and auditing techniques to strengthen the Change Management program.
- Interpret and apply USASOC G-6 and USSOCOM policies, strategies, and procedures for IT service delivery.
- Provide updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to the Change Management Process Owner.
- Manage projects with multiple subcontractors, ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and contractual requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate technical leads, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with government customers.
- Oversee technical, financial, and client satisfaction performance using established tools and processes.
- Develop project scope, objectives, strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and changes while minimizing project risk.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation control, and ensure deliverables meet government requirements.
- Report and escalate issues as needed to leadership.
- Delegate tasks effectively based on team strengths and experience.
- Support G-6 assignments independently, while collaborating with colleagues and government partners.
- Assist with policy documentation, performance assessments, briefings, and training material development.
- Create reports and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
- Monitor schedules, identify gaps, and track open issues through resolution.
- Provide program planning support, including scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.
