Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop training for data mesh and governance
- Produce Training Impact Assessment and user guides
- Evaluate onboarding friction and usability
- Support stakeholder engagement for adoption
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS systems, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create change communication plans and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with performance metrics and evaluation methods for training effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field
- Prosci or similar change management certification
- Mid-level (3-5 years, 2+ in DoD/healthcare)
- 3+ years in training/change management
- Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD training programs
- Familiarity with data governance tools
