Summary
HII's Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations. The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments. The program is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required.

What You Will Do
- Performs and analyzes financial modeling, economic research, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, actual cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements.
- Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
- Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
- May provide analysis on business development and monitors business performance.
What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start
Preferred: Bonus Points For
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, or cost analysis
- Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or financial modeling software
- Knowledge of government contracting and DoD processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
