We're hiring a Site Operations Engineer to support 24/7 operations of a mission-critical national security system. This role includes a 20-week training program followed by System Controller certification.

We're hiring a Site Operations Engineer to support 24/7 operations of a mission-critical national security system. This role includes a 20-week training program followed by System Controller certification.
Key Highlights:
- Support real-time operations of complex defense systems
- Troubleshoot and recover live system anomalies
- Develop CONOPS, automation scripts, and operational products
- Monitor/trend data to maximize system health and mission availability
- Work in a collaborative, badge-less team environment
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (required Day 1)
- Bachelor's + 4 years experience OR 12 years in lieu of degree
- Experience in 24/7 operational environments
- Strong Linux and scripting (Perl, Matlab, Bash) skills
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
