JUNIOR - COLLECTION MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTOR

Location: Washington, D.C. | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI - CI Poly Preferred

Overview

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Junior - Collection Management Instructor to support the Government in delivering and enhancing DIA's HUMINT Collection Management course. In this role, you will train DoD personnel, set intelligence standards, and ensure rigorous quality control in support of DoD and DIA collection objectives. This position operates in an on-site environment in Washington, D.C. U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Government in delivering and refining DIA's HUMINT Collection Management course instruction.
  • Aid in setting and enforcing intelligence thresholds, maintaining stringent dissemination, and ensuring quality control.
  • Support DoD and DIA collection objectives through effective collection management training.
  • Contribute to the quality and accuracy of DIA reporting and operations.
  • Instruct DoD personnel on HUMINT collection management, including mission authorities, methodologies, platforms, operations support processes, and related IT systems.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferred).
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a CIA Directorate of Operations Certified Collection Management Officer (CMO) or a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a HUMINT Collection Manager (HCM) or equivalent role (e.g., Collection Operations Manager, Collection Requirements Manager) within the DoD.
  • Graduate of a recognized IC-level HUMINT Collection Management course, such as the HUMINT Collection Operations Manager Course (HCOM), HUMINT Collection Management Officer (HCMO), HUMINT Collection Managers Course (HCMC), or an equivalent IC school.


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually

The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the role's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, and skill set, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws or agreements. Travel: No travel required.

Work Environment: On-site, daytime schedule, no remote option.
