CACI is seeking a junior business systems analyst who wants to learn and grow their expertise in building and supporting modern web based business systems while working on innovative programs that support our nation's defense. Join us for this exciting and challenging opportunity as a member of an Agile Scrum Team focused on delivering new capabilities as part of a large program team that builds and supports Department of Defense financial management systems. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $61,100 - $122,200

Responsibilities:
- Participate on an Agile team in the planning, design, development, and support of web-based financial management applications
- Develop subject matter expertise for assigned systems and related business processes
- Work with the client to define and document client business requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed user, functional, and systems requirements that will be developed by the development team
- Test new soft ware and soft ware changes to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations
- Troubleshoot the system to determine the source of systems errors
- Find and log systems defects, including steps required to repeat, and track defects to closure
- Support the client during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- US citizenship is required.
- Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
- Self-starter. Quick to learn and put new skills to use.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be willing and available to provide occasional onsite client site support within the Washington DC geographic area
Desired:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with DoD Financial Management systems.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
