This software engineering position is onsite at our Aurora, CO location.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. - Technical and programmatic direction
- Schedule definition and management
- Risk and opportunity management
- IPT level systems engineering
- Staff planning
- Agile and DevOps process definition and execution
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant software leadership experience
- Experience with Earned Value and Control Account management
- Experience with software development life cycles
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development

Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with program processes and activities such as program startup, Integrated Master Schedules with budget allocation, WBSs, EACs, and LREs

- Experience with onboarding new work, proposals, and BOE development
- Experience with major milestone reviews
