FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to support a Sponsor office that partners with internal and external stakeholders to curate and contextualize enterprise-level information about Sponsor resources and activities. This role directly supports corporate metrics and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
The ideal candidate will leverage strong data analysis and visualization skills to answer complex business and intelligence questions, while translating technical findings into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide enterprise-level data analysis to address complex business and intelligence questions.
• Develop and deliver intuitive, high-quality Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
• Create prototypes and mockups of visualizations, while documenting methodologies and work processes.
• Communicate results effectively to technical teams, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support workforce effectiveness by contextualizing enterprise-level data to inform decision-making.
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Proven experience with Tableau (required).
• Experience developing data visualization mockups, prototypes, and production-ready dashboards.
• Ability to document analytic workflows and present products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills & Tools
• Experience with Tableau Prep or other data preparation tools.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence in collaborative environments.
