🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison between Fleet MOCs to support MOC TRAMAN development.
Monitor training milestones, identify gaps, and track progress.
Analyze complex Navy systems, policies, and processes to support MPT&E (Manpower, Personnel, Training & Education) requirements.
Use data to support readiness assessments and decision-making.
Deliver analytical briefs to senior leaders and support Navy’s planning and budgeting (PPBE) process.
🔹 Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in an MPT&E-related staff role (e.g., CCDR, NFC, NCC, Joint Command, MOC, Echelon III or higher).
Familiarity with OPNAV PPBE and requirements generation.
Skilled in data analysis and generating readiness reports.
Strong briefing and communication skills.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
5 years experience as an action officer at high-level staff.
3 years experience using tools such as FLTMPS, NTMPS, DRRS, CeTARS-TRM.
TS/SCI and Master’s Degree highly desirable.
Skilled in data systems like FLTMPS, DRRS, and CeTARS.
Comfortable delivering briefings and reports to leadership.
Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
