ASRC Federal is seeking an IT Subject Matter Expert who will be instrumental in providing expert advice, guidance, and solutions to clients seeking to optimize their IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.

Summary: The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, will assess business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend tailored IT strategies to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. The candidate's technical expertise, analytical skills, and client-centric approach will be essential in delivering high-quality consulting services and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement and Needs Assessment - engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Recommend solutions to address client needs and drive improvements.
• Facilitate the integration of technologies with existing systems and workflows.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support training and documentation to support end-user education.
• Monitor project progress and identify barriers to success and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 7 years of prior experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc. with hands-on experience in development and report design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to successfully complete the EDA background investigation.
