Your Mission:
Bring ideas to life through innovative, visually compelling design! As a Graphic Designer at ClearEdge, you'll collaborate with internal teams and clients to create impactful graphics, branding materials, and digital/print assets that align with mission goals. You'll work in a highly creative, fast-paced environment where design supports technology-driven solutions for our government customers.

Your Mission:

You will excel in this role if you are:
- A creative designer who thrives on translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals
- Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and branding skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
- A strong collaborator who communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Passionate about using design to enhance storytelling and strengthen mission impact
A day in the life consists of:
- Designing a wide range of deliverables, including infographics, digital media, marketing collateral, and presentations
- Developing creative concepts that align with ClearEdge branding and customer needs
- Collaborating with program teams, recruiters, and leadership to deliver impactful visual products
- Supporting internal and external communications through compelling design
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
Must have:
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress platform
- Ability to manage projects from concept to final execution with minimal oversight
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design, layout, and branding work
Nice to have:
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design
- Familiarity with designing for government or technical environments
- Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience with AI tooling
- Experience collaborating with marketing or recruiting teams
- Understanding of accessibility standards in design
