ASRC Federal - Broadleaf is searching for a Systems Engineer III to support our PEO Land Systems contract Quantico, VA location.

T he Systems Engineer III carries out development and testing of programs or systems, components and/or materials concurrent with design, fabrication or testing to better evaluate and minimize future problems in support of PEO Land Systems Engineering Support Areas.

Duties Responsibilities:
  • Develops alternative solutions to existing problems.
  • Evaluates project goals and makes recommendations based on sound scientific principles and practical considerations.
  • Contributes new ideas and experimental approaches to research projects.
  • Supports the design and development of processes for products, product performance evaluation, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Analyzes data and develops experimental designs.
  • Broadly applies basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Successful experience working in a team environment.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years related experience
  • Combat system experience - C2, kill chain, networking, radars (preferably USMC or Naval - related)
  • S&T and new technology identification and integration
  • Disciplined SE process and execution, Engineering Acquisition documentation and conduct of technical reviews.


  • Security Clearance: DoD TOP SECRET Clearance Required

    Travel Required: Approximately 10%
