Cyber Instructor/Trainer

Insight Global is actively hiring six Cyber Trainers to sit at Fort Meade. The Cyber Trainers are cybersecurity training specialist responsible for preparing network monitoring personnel, Cyber Watch Officers and CSSP Personnel, and their leaders to effectively monitor, protect, and defend critical communication and IT systems within a secure government facility. This role involves designing and delivering training programs for network monitoring and cyber security, updating materials to reflect evolving threats, and ensuring personnel are equipped to maintain network stability and security. The trainer will work independently, engage with leadership, and collaborate with experts to align training with current and future operational needs. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of IT systems and cybersecurity certification frameworks.

Minimum Requirements include:

- Active TSSCI Clearance
- Active Security+ Certification
- Active CSSP Certification - CEH, CySA, GCIH, CFR, GCIA, CISA, CASP, CCNA Security, CISA, CISM, or CISSP
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 - 12 YOE within a cyber or network environment
Experience developing and delivering training for network or cybersecurity certifications like the CSSP
Ability to work independently to develop curriculum while still collaborating with the teams to deliver the trainings

Insight Global expects to pay 110K - 150K for these candidates based on candidates qualification. Exact salaries may vary based on experience, expertise and clearance level.
