Summary

TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled System Administrator to support our integrated learning enterprise. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Windows and Linux server environments, as well as cloud architecture and customer relationship management.

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for system administration in Windows and Linux/Centos server environments. Key tasks include managing cloud server architectures, conducting system upgrades, mitigating technical risks, and providing Operations & Maintenance as well as Tier 1-3 support. The role also requires creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel between buildings may be requested, and core working hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Required Skills

• System administration in Windows & Linux/Centos
• Experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC
• Familiarity with Apple IOS
• Configuring and monitoring cloud server architectures (AWS EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53)
• Developing and implementing system upgrades
• Identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies
• Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 support
• Customer relationship management
• Creating and updating procedures (SOPs)

Optional Skills

• Experience using Agile management systems such as Kanban or Scrum
• Experience with wireless technologies
• Experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk, and Meraki
• Working in a DevSecOps environment, e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation
• Utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux, and Cisco environments
• Experience with the A&A process and compliance monitoring
• Gathering evidence to support the A&A process, e.g., POA&Ms
• Installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System
• Database engineering, development, and administration

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Benefits

Benefit	Details
Base Salary	$161,000 - $194,000
PTO	30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid Benefits	Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses	3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend	$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget	3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus	$5,000 new hire bonus

Total Compensation

Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend

Retirement	$29,100	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Benefits Budget	$38,800	20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonus	$9,700	Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average.
Training Budget	$2,500	Annual training budget.
Training Hours	$2,200	3 paid days for training.
Phone Stipend	$1,200	$100 monthly cell phone stipend.
