ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Business Analyst - Journeyman (eFLIPL) role to support our customer at the U.S. Army CECOM SEC Technical Services Directorate.
Job Description:
The SEC provides life-cycle software solutions for Army and DoD systems, ensuring mission readiness and modernization across the force. Through the SEC SETA Program, ASRC Federal delivers specialized expertise to help the Army manage, analyze, and sustain mission-critical applications. This position provides direct support to the eFLIPL program, which underpins the Army's Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss process.

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Business Analyst - Journeyman (eFLIPL) role to support our customer at the U.S. Army CECOM SEC Technical Services Directorate.
Job Description:
The SEC provides life-cycle software solutions for Army and DoD systems, ensuring mission readiness and modernization across the force. Through the SEC SETA Program, ASRC Federal delivers specialized expertise to help the Army manage, analyze, and sustain mission-critical applications. This position provides direct support to the eFLIPL program, which underpins the Army's Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional analyst supporting the eFLIPL application, working closely with Army stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements.
- Document processes and workflows to align system functionality with mission objectives.
- Perform functional testing, including automated regression testing, to validate enhancements and updates.
- Respond to Help Desk tickets and provide functional troubleshooting for users.
- Support development of reports, dashboards, and metrics for program leadership.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with Army leaders, contractors, and technical staff to improve workflows and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with Army and DoD standards for system use, data governance, and information assurance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Four additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional specialist supporting Army or DoD IT systems.
- Strong understanding of Army business processes; prior experience with eFLIPL highly desired.
- Experience in documenting requirements, developing test plans, and executing functional testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Secret clearance.
