We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of US AREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives .

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Security Assistance Group-Ukraine (SAG-U) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Cybersecurity Engineer, SME . This position is in support of the EMITS 2 T ask Order Supporting USAREUR-AF Mission Partner SAG-U , located in Wiesbaden, Germany . This position is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

  • Single point of contact for Security Assistance Group - Ukraine (SAG-U) requirements, responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance, management, direction, administration, quality assurance, ongoing technical efforts, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions


  • Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet SAG-U requirements, including support for transition-in


  • Develops and/or oversees the implementation of cybersecurity technologies, processes, and procedures with thorough knowledge of DoD and NSA cybersecurity processes and procedures, including the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service ( eMASS ) Risk Management Framework (RMF)


Designs and implements cybersecurity solutions, including security patch testing, conflict resolution, and perimeter-to-endpoint tools/sensor operation

  • Analyzes complex security issues and develops effective solutions and incident response, including countermeasures in accordance with the USAREUR-AF Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan, to maintain cyber readiness, limit impacts, and improve the security posture


  • Provides support for security incident response team requirements, including inspections, audits (e.g., Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment (CORA)/Command Cyber Operations Readiness Inspection (CCRI) audits), policy review, strategy development, and recommendations


  • Coordinates with Government Authorizing Officials (AOs) and Information System Security Managers (ISSMs) and other Government cybersecurity offices and agencies for external inspections and assessments


  • Conducts risk assessments and Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities and creates security documentation, including accreditation packages for classified and unclassified networks, information systems, PDS, and circuit connections


  • Prepares and/or oversees testing and evaluation reports, artifacts, risk assessments and finding reports, POA&Ms, RMF scorecards, and security assessment reports


  • Manages a specific project or projects assigned by the PM or the Government, including project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance


  • Monitors, adjusts, and reports on performance, budget, and schedule and provides interim progress reviews to the Government on an as-needed basis


  • Assists with proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of T&E visit in-briefs, out-briefs, Risk Assessment Working Group (RAWG) actions, studies, reports, and acquisition documents


  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments


  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives


  • Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge


  • Supervises a team of 15 to 34 personnel


Qualifications:

Required:

  • C urrently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain


  • BA/BS +13 years recent experience


  • Certification - 8140 - CISM or CISSO or FITSP-D or GCIA or GCSA or GCLD or GDSA or GICSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP


  • Requires experienced cybersecurity expert with extensive knowledge of processes, preferably DoD and NSA cybersecurity processes, including RMF and eMASS .


  • Must demonstrate leadership skills to serve as single point of contact for SAG-U requirements, manage a team of 15-34 personnel.


  • Demands expertise in implementing complex cybersecurity solutions, conducting risk assessments, and creating security documentation for classified/unclassified systems, including accreditation packages.


  • Provides support for security incident response team requirements, including inspections, audits (e.g., Command Cyber Operations Readiness Assessment / Inspection (CORA/CCRI) audits), policy review, strategy development, and recommendations.


  • Conducts risk assessments and Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities and creates security documentation, including accreditation packages for classified and unclassified networks, information systems, PDS, and circuit connections.


  • Expects strong project management abilities to oversee budgets, schedules, and performance of multiple complex projects.


  • Requires excellent communication skills for collaborating with government officials, coordinating external audits/inspections, and liaising with AOs and ISSMs.


  • Should possess domain expertise to develop cybersecurity policies, respond to incidents according to USAREUR-AF Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan, and improve overall security posture.


  • Must be capable of preparing and overseeing various reports, including T&E reports, POA&Ms, and RMF scorecards.


  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments.


  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives . Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$126,100 - 277,300 USD
