CACI is seeking a Program Analyst - ICIDS Site Lead to support the Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PdM FPS) contract at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this critical role, you will be the primary representative for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS), working directly with military installations, ICIDS installation contractors, and the PM Force Protection Systems (FPS) Program Office.
From pre-site survey through operations and sustainment, you will ensure ICIDS installations are executed to the highest standards-strengthening the security posture of U.S. Army facilities worldwide. $94,400 - $198,200

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) program at assigned sites, ensuring seamless coordination from pre-site survey through installation, operations, and sustainment.
- Act as the key interface between the PM FPS Program Office, military installations, and ICIDS installation contractors.
- Coordinate and lead site visits, meetings, conference calls, and design reviews with site stakeholders and contractors.
- Maintain weekly communication with installation contractor site managers and Site Points of Contact (POCs), providing status updates to the ICIDS Assistant Product Manager (APM).
- Oversee and resolve installation updates, technical issues, testing challenges, and sustainment concerns.
- Review and evaluate Government Cost Estimates and Technical Evaluations for ICIDS site installations and modifications.
- Analyze technical, cost, and schedule data, identifying risks, shortfalls, and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare Site Survey, Site Design, and Implementation Contract Packages for new ICIDS deployments.
- Draft, review, and maintain official program documentation in accordance with DoD policies for research, development, testing, evaluation, and procurement.
- Actively participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Interim Progress Reviews (IPRs), and milestone decision meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and reviews, ensuring all logistical, technical, and material needs are met.
- Develop agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes, tracking and following up on action items.
- Track project milestones, monitor progress, and report on completion status.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure mission success.
- Prepare responses to formal acquisition and program office requests.
Qualifications
Required
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in program management, engineering, systems management, business management, computer sciences, information management, or related field.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) operations, deployment, and sustainment.
- Minimum six (6) years of experience, including direct involvement with security systems or ICIDS program management.
- Proven ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) across diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project.
Desired
- Familiarity with DoD and Army installation infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Army Physical Security Program policies and regulations.
- Background in project management, engineering management, DoD acquisition, or equipment fielding.
- At least one (1) year as an analyst supporting an acquisition program.
