Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- System administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment
- Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC
- Familiarity with Apple IOS
- Professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment.
- Professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades
- Identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies
- Providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support
- Customer relationship management skills
- Creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
- Using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum
- Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki
- Working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloud formation
- Utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments.
- Moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance.
- Gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms.
- Professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.
- Database engineering, development and administration.
