The Opportunity:
Transport Cybersecurity Services (TCS) is partnering with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) on a long-term contract, and we want you to be a part of it! The functional capabilities are to provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate support of national security. TCS provides innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA mission.
CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Program Support Specialist supporting an Intelligence Community customer's IT service support program. The Specialist will be responsible for onsite areas of program support and must be a customer service-oriented individual. As a member of our Program Management Office (PMO) Support Team, this opportunity requires high communication across the program from executives to line personnel. The abilities to remain adaptable, able to re-prioritize quickly as Team's needs change, flexible, and maintain a positive attitude are vital! Base of operations will be in St. Louis, MO with trips scattered sides as needed (up to 3 times per week).
Responsibilities:
• Become a Day One Coordinator
• Conduct multi-site, in-person I-9 verification, onboarding, and offboarding activities
• Prepare, schedule, organize, run, and clean-up events
• Coordinate regularly with the Employee Advocate, review current processes for effectiveness, and share improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the program's new hire connectivity and integration activities by presenting during the program orientation, customizing training awareness and career development conversations, and marketing internal mobility within program
• Assist the PMO Admin and Leadership with onsite and program activities as needed
• Compile and generate documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Ability to create presentations for customers and CACI Management team
• Maintain documents on CACI SharePoint Collaboration Site (CACI network)
• Design and maintain program document repositories
• Communication experience in working with multiple managers and supervisors to combine information for reporting and presentations
• Work with program senior leadership to support management and personnel activities
• Perform a variety of programmatic and administrative personnel activities

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience 4+ yrs. with large-scale military and/or IT service support programs in a high paced diverse environment
- Proficient is MS Office suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in SharePoint
- Experience supporting a complex IT services or similar program with 100+ staff members
- Security Clearance:
o Must possess an Active TS
o Must be eligible to obtain an SCI upgrade
o Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph - The ability to work independently with little direction and guidance
- The ability to develop a variety of program documentation
- Demonstrated communications skills with all levels of program and customer management and staff
- Able to apply knowledge of the job, company policies, and principles to complete a wide range of tasks
- Able to interact with stakeholders and customers to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work non-core hours, as needed

- Relevant Government, DOD, and/or NGA focused experience
