ASRC Federal Professional Services is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with at least a Secret clearance to work with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Help Desk Services team as an Executive Assistant/Knowledge Management (KM) Support Analyst. The focus will be on executive assistant duties and assisting in maintaining all aspects of knowledge management for DAI.

This includes:
  • General clerical duties, including filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, attending meetings and taking notes, preparing agendas, minutes, etc.
  • Creating, managing, developing, updating, and preparing multiple reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Maintaining portal sites, documents, links, libraries, announcements, lists, and contacts.
  • Maintaining assigned Outlook and portal calendars for five branches.
  • Monitoring due dates, including coordinating and assisting in completing and following up on assigned fitness reports and performance evaluations, awards, training, official correspondence and documents for signature.
  • Coordinating responses for Governance Risk and Compliance reports.
  • Maintaining a repository of DD 2875 System Authorization Access Request (SAARs) and DD 577s.
  • Providing Knowledge Management for DOM/Comptroller

Additional duties may include:
  • Performing assigned control activities established in Joint Staff Policies to address DAI Complementary User Entity Controls (CUECs)
  • Other EA duties as assigned.
  • Assisting with DAI User Management and Time & Labor tickets.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently on projects requiring research, using technical editing and analysis techniques to produce briefing charts, executive level briefings/presentations, newsletters, etc.
  • Ability to provide limited publishing and graphics support in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Ability to edit for clarity, logical order of presentation, appropriate jargon and technical terms for audience, and all necessary information is included.
  • Excellent writing and communications skills.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in any business style degree is preferred, or 4+ additional years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative work experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Knowledge Management support is preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year DAI experience is preferred.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Active DOD Secret or higher security clearance is required. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
