Project Scope
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO), and their application in embedded environments
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and secure software assurance methodologies
- Proven proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, build/release management, and pipeline automation
- Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines tailored to embedded systems
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN
Mandatory Skills

Job Responsibilities
- Implement DevSecOps and software assurance best practices
- Design, develop, and secure embedded systems
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
- Conduct code analysis, vulnerability assessments, and automated security testing
- Maintain secure version control using Git/SVN
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments
- Support mission-critical cybersecurity requirements in a classified environment
Qualifications
- Education: BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years in DevSecOps/embedded cybersecurity or Master's with 3+ years
- Clearance: Interim DoD Secret prior to start; US Citizenship required
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or CISSP, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert, CESE preferred
Required KSAs
- 5+ years in DevSecOps (embedded systems focus)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO)
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and CI/CD pipeline development
- Experience with code analysis, vulnerability scanning, and mitigation strategies
- Strong Agile methodology background
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-tempo, secure environment
