Knowledge & Information Management Cell SME

Position Overview

We are seeking a Knowledge & Information Management (KIM) SME to support the
NTC Knowledge & Information Management Cell. The role focuses on improving data
sharing, collaborative tool usage, and interagency transparency across the DoD
CD/CTOC community.
Key Responsibilities
 Identify data sharing gaps and propose collaborative solutions.
 Aggregate and share approved DoD and interagency information.
 Support policy, programmatic, and operational decision-making with integrated
data.
 Conduct tool evaluations and support enterprise adoption of collaboration
platforms.
Required Qualifications
 Active TS/SCI clearance.
 Bachelor’s degree in information management, IT, or related field.
 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, collaboration platforms, or
data governance.
 Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Palantir, and IC collaboration
platforms.
Desired Qualifications
 Experience supporting fusion centers, interagency task forces, or CD/TOC
missions.
 Knowledge management certifications (e.g., AIIM, KM Institute).
