CD/TOC Subject Matter Expert

Position Overview
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide specialized expertise in law
enforcement operations, interagency coordination, or regional analytic depth to
strengthen NTC’s counter-drug and counter-TOC mission sets.
Key Responsibilities
 Advise analytic teams with specialized expertise (e.g., DEA, HSI, FBI operations,
FININT, regional issues).
 Provide strategic context on trafficking trends, illicit finance, and criminal
methodologies.
 Mentor analysts and share best practices for interagency collaboration.
 Support high-level briefings, target packages, and analytic product development.
Required Qualifications
 Active TS/SCI clearance.
 8+ years of experience in law enforcement, IC, or DoD missions relevant to
counter-drug/TOC.
 Demonstrated expertise in at least one domain (e.g., financial crimes,
SOUTHCOM AOR, interagency operations).
Desired Qualifications
 Former service with DEA, HSI, FBI, Treasury, or DoD components.
 Advanced education or certification in intelligence, law enforcement, or regional
studies.
