Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how knowledge is captured, organized, and shared across the organization. By designing, maintaining, and enhancing SharePoint site collections, knowledge repositories, and automated dashboards, you’ll ensure leadership and mission teams have the information they need to make timely, informed decisions.
The Knowledge Manager will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to streamline knowledge management processes, provide training, and develop intuitive solutions that simplify access to data and documentation. This position is ideal for someone with strong SharePoint expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for turning information into actionable knowledge in support of a critical national security mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain knowledge repositories tailored to customer requirements.
Manage document repositories for deliverables, SOPs, and team documentation, including version control and tagging.
Update and maintain customer SharePoint sites, subsites, pages, libraries, lists, apps, and permissions.
Configure SharePoint layouts and implement changes to meet evolving site requirements.
Develop and document knowledge management processes and SOPs; provide training to leadership and team members.
Deliver SharePoint training and tutorials for government leadership and staff.
Create and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools.
Provide task management support, including coordination with tasker POCs, status tracking, publishing tasker rollups, and conducting review meetings with branch leadership.
Support additional knowledge management tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI Poly.
10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with SharePoint Designer.
Experience with SharePoint web development.
Experience with data visualization design and tools.
