Responsibilities
- Assists Human Resources Manager with employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, participating in selection, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer and provide guidance on company benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Partner with managers to support performance management, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with HRIS data entry, reporting, and process improvement.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Must be US Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- This position requires that you live within commuting distance from the customer site in El Paso, Texas.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
