Falken Industries is seeking a highly qualified Site Security Manager (SSM) to oversee and implement security protocols located in Santa Ana, California. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction-site experience, proven training and leadership skills, and a solid background in managing security operations in dynamic, high-risk environments.
This role involves managing and scheduling personnel, overseeing access control and accreditation, and ensuring full compliance with federal security regulations.
Direct daily activities of on-site security personnel, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain security training programs for new and existing staff.
Manage access control systems and oversee the accreditation process for all site personnel and visitors.
Serve as the primary liaison between Falken Industries, client representatives, and government security officials.
Create and maintain shift schedules and personnel assignments.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure consistent adherence to safety and security protocols.
Respond to and manage incidents, security breaches, or emergencies as needed.
Ensure thorough documentation and reporting for all security-related activities.
ICD705 knowledge and understanding.
Requirements
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required due to government security requirements.
