The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives .

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed , IT Requirements Analyst, Journeyman . This position is in support of EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office , located in Wiesbaden , Germany . This position is required to travel OCONUS . This position is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Possesses and applies practical knowledge regarding DoD and Army Information Technology (IT) acquisition processes, including AR 25-1 and AEP70-13-45

  • Possesses thorough understanding of CACI's procurement systems and process and the EMITS 2 Request to Initiate Purchase process


  • Coordinates and maintains relationships with strategic vendors and suppliers


Supports IT Requirements Management across all tasks and projects to ensure appropriate investments are made and that efficiencies are achieved across mission partners

  • Coordinates with Government leads to understand the theater-wide IT Portfolio and manages the overall cost of IT


  • Supports Army Command- and Army Service Component Command-level reviews within the established IT requirements analysis processes to facilitate approvals through the USAREUR-AF Requirements Validation System (URVS), Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS), Information Technology Technical Validation (IT-TV), and Information Technology Approval System (ITAS)


  • Assists with quality assurance reviews of acquisition strategy identification and execution, a streamlined acquisition process, pre-staging quality documentation and artifacts, and URVS packets


  • Performs periodic compliance reviews and provides information to Resource Advisors (RAs) on IT validation processes and procedures


  • Responds to requests for information throughout planning, staging, and requirements validation processes


  • Provides requirements metrics for Portfolio Owner briefings


  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments


  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience 4-7 years with a BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered .


  • Possess a Secret clearance with the ability to retain .


  • Approved DoD 8140 Cyber Certification


  • Possesses practical knowledge of DoD IT acquisition processes and relevant regulations.


  • Exhibits thorough understanding of IT requirements management, preferably with experience in portfolio analysis and cost optimization across multiple projects and stakeholders.


  • Capable of coordinating with Government leads, strategic vendors, and suppliers to facilitate approvals through various systems.


  • Demonstrates analytical skills required to support quality assurance reviews, compliance checks, and requirements validation processes.


  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple complex work assignments and operate with significant autonomy in developing methodologies and presenting solutions to complex IT acquisition challenges.


  • Demonstrates proficiency in SharePoint development and administration, with particular emphasis on creating and managing complex SharePoint sites and applications.


  • TESA eligible

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,700 - 173,900 USD
