The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of US AREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives .

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Voice Services Lead (Telephone Control Officer (TCO)), Senior . This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner G 33 MCSD located in Wiesbaden, Germany . This position is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads support of voice services systems, hardware, and software


  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of voice communications over an Internet protocol network interfaced with the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)


  • Provides installation, troubleshooting, removal, or replacement of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Voice over Secure Internet Protocol ( VoSIP ), and end-user devices


  • Serves as the Telephone Control Officer (TCO) providing development and maintenance of user inventories for communications devices and SIM chips (e.g., cell phones, VoIP phones)


  • Tracks usage and billing for indicators of fraud, waste, or abuse


  • Prepares, manages, and tracks Local Service Requests (LSRs) and change requests


  • Programs, issues, and accounts for Command Mobile Devices (CMDs)


  • Mentors voice services personnel


  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments


  • Supervises voice services personnel


  • May supervise others


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret / SCI Clearance with the ability to maintain


  • BA/BS + 8 -12


  • Certification - 8140 - CCNA or GCIA or GCLD or GDSA or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP or GCED or GCIH


  • Possesses extensive experience in voice communications systems and telephony infrastructure management.


  • Demonstrates mastery of call center operations, quality assurance processes, and performance metrics analysis.


  • Exhibits strong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage and develop teams in fast-paced environments.


  • Showcases proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing innovative solutions to improve service delivery.


  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications regulations, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.


  • Combines excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.


  • TESA eligible


Desired:

  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs


  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards


  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,000 - 116,800 USD
