Objectives:
- Provide intelligence training, logistics, sustainment, programing, budgeting, procurement, delivery, receipt at unit level, divestment, security, and PED SME support services at the Army Reserve HQ.
- Assist the OCAR G-2, G-4, and SED with total integrated solutions for a multitude of professional service-based requirements.
Responsibilities
- Force Development Support
- Support all phases of Force Development processes to develop operational and organizational plans in combination with technologies, materiel, manpower, and constrained resources to eventually produce combat capabilities.
- SED and OCAR G-4 Logistics Support
- Support efforts associated with developing & maintaining an equipping strategy that identifies modernization gaps, sustainment challenges, & impacts to future readiness.
Qualifications
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a logistics-related concentration (e.g., Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, etc.).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience and expertise in Army Force Development preferably at most senior levels of the Army such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands.
- Proven analytical, problem solving and teambuilding skills.
- Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to perform a broad spectrum of all administrative skills with expertise, adaptive to multiple environments and surroundings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
