PMS 525 Small Surface Combatant Foreign Military Sales Senior Analyst Lead

Job summary: FMS Senior Analyst Lead will lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the fulfillment of SC/Security Assistance (SA) requirements from PMS 525, International Small Combatants to achieve U.S. foreign policy objectives and advance national security interests. Support will encompass the full spectrum of SC/SA programs under the PMS 525 portfolio, and include: FMS, Foreign Military Financing (FMF), Building Partner Capacity (BPC), international engagement, and cooperative agreements.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of experience with FMS cases
• Minimum of 10 years of Navy acquisition program experience (NAVSEA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with DoD international programs (Navy preferred)
• Use of the Defense Security Assistance System (DSAMS) for FMS case development, oversight,
and/or amendment/modification to accurately reflect FMS program scope and requirements
• Strong multitasking capabilities
• Acquisition systems proficiency (DSAMS. MISIL, DIFS, SCIP, etc.)
• Active DoD Secret+ Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting Navy, NAVSEA, and/or PEO USC programs
• NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) proficiency
o Experience working with the various transportation entities that comprise the
Defense Transportation System (USTRANSCOM, SDDC, Air Mobility Command
Military Sealift command)
