Job Summary:
The Intelligence Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence data to support mission-critical operations within a mission protection environment. This role involves evaluating information from multiple sources, identifying trends and threats, and providing actionable insights to decision-makers. The Intelligence Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of intelligence assessments while maintaining compliance with security protocols.

The Intelligence Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of intelligence assessments while maintaining compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and assess intelligence data from multiple sources, including classified and open-source materials.
- Identify patterns, trends, and potential threats to support mission objectives.
- Develop intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership and operational teams.
- Collaborate with other intelligence and security professionals to enhance situational awareness and threat mitigation.
- Support real-time intelligence operations and provide actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
- Maintain proficiency in intelligence tools, databases, and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in crisis response efforts by providing timely intelligence assessments.
- Coordinate intelligence-sharing activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed of emerging threats, geopolitical developments, and technological advancements relevant to intelligence operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or combination of experience and education.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, security operations, mission protection, or a related discipline
- Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI CI Poly
- Minimum Skills Required:
- Experience working with intelligence collection and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to process complex information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and briefing senior leadership.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and respond to time-sensitive intelligence requirements.
- Understanding of classified data handling procedures and security protocols.
- Must be eligible to obtain necessary security clearance if required.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), or human intelligence (HUMINT).
- Prior military or government intelligence experience.
- Proficiency in data visualization and intelligence software applications.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and counterintelligence principles.
- Foreign language proficiency relevant to operational areas of interest.
- May require shift work or on-call availability to support mission operations.
- Ability to work in secure environments with restricted access to sensitive information.
- Occasional travel may be required for training, collaboration, or operational support.
