Koniag Data Solutions LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support KDS and our government customer. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote but may require an occasional visit to the client site in Washington, DC. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a public health agency client, the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This individual will be energetic and committed to operational excellence. This person will have experience supporting U.S. federal government programs across diverse backgrounds and be able to support large and small teams in achieving client goals.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages the deployment and installation of out-of-the-box modules in ServiceNow.
  • Supports the operations and maintenance of scoped ServiceNow applications.
  • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements.
  • Configures, develops, and tests workflows.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree and five-plus years of experience in ServiceNow development or equivalent expertise.
  • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), custom application development, and ServiceNow's Next UI.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities is desired.
  • Experience with Now Mobile and/or Mobile Agent desired.
  • Experience with systems integration is expected.

Professional Skills:
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
  • Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
  • Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.
