CACI is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in support of the PMA-261 Heavy Lift Helicopter Program Office. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive analytical support to our project management efforts, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of the program. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, with a keen ability to analyze complex data, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the overall Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) for the project.
• Support the preparation of monthly schedule updates to PMA-261 as part of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) Submittal
2. Budget and Financial Analysis:
• Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to develop and maintain a detailed spend plan.
• Track project funding and expenditures, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
3. Risk Management:
• Support the risk management process by identifying, documenting, and analyzing risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of issue handling plans to mitigate risks and improve decision-making.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to provide insights and recommendations to the project management team.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, including metrics such as schedule adherence, budget
compliance, and risk status.
5. Stakeholder Coordination:
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, reviews, and other project-related activities.
6. Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Ensure the timely preparation and submission of all required deliverables, including the Program Management Plan
(PMP), Monthly Status Reports (MSR), and Final Technical Report (FTR).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
7. Support for Technical Reviews:
• Assist in the preparation of materials for program and technical reviews.
• Document meeting minutes and ensure they are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
