Government Property Lead, Senior This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Reston, VA . This is a temporary assignment no longer than 18 weeks .

Responsibilities:

• Leads EMITS 2 Government Property activities to manage, maintain , control, and track Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) IAW DoD and Army regulations, including support for transition-in

• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge regarding GFP and CAP requirements (e.g., DFAR 245.105, FAR 52.245-1) and CACI's DCMA-approved Government Property Management System Manual (GPMSM) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) for property acquisition, use, and disposition

• May serve as the CACI Property Custodian responsible for Government property at EMITS 2 sites

• Performs property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of Government, company, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, and Government regulations

• Coordinates with CACI's Corporate Government Property Administrator (CGPA), who manages CACI's Government Property Management System

• Manages property accountability, as assigned through a system of controls, for all outcomes, from acquisition through disposition

• Interacts with customers, Federal oversight agencies, and internal personnel while investigating, analyzing, and resolving regulatory compliance issues

• Coordinates and conducts internal and external property assessments and analyzes results as assigned

• Engages in property-related matters, pre- and post-contract award, to identify risks, unique contractual requirements, and provides support during contract performance and applicable closeout activities

• Mentors other personnel performing GFP management activities

• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

• May supervise others

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BS/BA with 7-12 year's experience
  • Currently hold an Active Secret Clerance


  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of government property management, preferred experience with DoD and Army regulations.


  • Possesses extensive experience in GFP and CAP requirements, DCMA-approved property management systems, and Cost Accounting Standards.


  • Exhibits expertise in property control analysis, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and government regulations across multiple sites.


  • Manages complex property accountability systems, coordinating effectively with federal oversight agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders.


  • Conducts and analyzes property assessments, identifying risks and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Mentor's junior personnel in GFP management activities, while functioning as a technical expert across multiple projects.


  • Preferred background includes significant experience in government contracting, advanced certifications in property management, and proven leadership in regulatory compliance environments.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $70,800 - $148,600
