New Year, New Opportunities. RTI is seeking an R&D Financial Analyst for a proposal effort expected to be awarded in the New Year. Great opportunity to start at the beginning of a contract. This individual must have the experience· Expertise and experience in executing R&D funding. RDT&E, O&M, and PDW funding. Candidates must have a TS/SCI or above clearance and will be required to take a CI poly.
Required:
• BA/BS or MA/MS in business, management, finance, accounting, or equivalent degrees
• Greater than or equal to 15 years of work experience
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Expertise and experience in the execution of R&D funding. Knowledge of Financial
• Management Regulations, the FAR, DFARS and internal CUSTOMER policies and procedures for executing RDT&E, O&M, and PDW funding.
• Experience sending MIPRs, CUSTOMER AF-9s or DoD Purchase Requests (PRs), and or 7600s for the execution of funding.
• Experience drafting or reviewing execution documentation, including but not limited to IGCEs, SOWs, D&Fs, etc.
