Quattro, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an Education and Instruction Expert with a SWCC Master qualification. This position is on-site at NSWG-4 HQ, Little Creek, VA.

In coordination with government subject matter experts (SME), the candidate will organize and facilitate SWCC PRODEV training education and instruction including but not limited to the SWCC Force Development Course (FDC), SWCC Leadership Development Course (LDC) and NSW Maritime Mission Commander (MMC) course.

The Education and Instruction Expert will:
  • Produce, develop, and standardize PRODEV instruction curriculum material, to include:
    • SWCC PRODEV Course Student Guides
    • Plans of Instruction
    • SWCC PRODEV Lesson Training Guides
    • SWCC PRODEV Instructor Guides and supporting training media.
  • Generate and incorporate SWCC Combatant Craft Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) into training documents and guiding instructions.
  • Develop, proctor and evaluate SWCC PRODEV written and oral testing material.
  • Technical support to all SWCC PRODEV Training instruction and policy documents.
  • Provide other administrative services in support of NSWG-4 SWCC PRODEV training material standardization and PRODEV Training oversight initiatives.
  • Consolidate and maintain a comprehensive, centralized data base of associated SWCC PRODEV training lesson curriculum, student and qualification test, SOP, instructions, and policy materials within the designated government computer portal system.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of associated training materials as specified by applicable government policy and direction. Coordinate review and update recommendations with designated NSWG-4 N32 Training Division leadership, TRADET-4 HQ leadership and component command Training Officers as required.
  • Collect associated SWCC PRODEV training material change recommendations and facilitate the implementation of applicable changes with NSWG-4 N32 Training Division leadership and or appropriate SME. Matters that have been identified as potential loss of life or inflict catastrophic damage to personnel or equipment, will be immediately addressed with NSWG-4 N32 Training Division leadership and appropriate changes to policy and training practices will be expedited as directed.
  • Assist government personnel in facilitating as an instructor, any SWCC PRODEV Course of Instruction as required.
  • Assist government personnel in scheduling of course guest speakers and classrooms.

This position is contingent on award and expected to start on or about September 30, 2025.

Work Environment:
  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to work in confined areas.

Physical Demands:
  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
  • 11-20% / Occasional travel.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • Current, active Secret security clearance.
  • US NAVY Special Warfare Combatant Craft Master qualification.
  • No less than five (5) years of prior military special operations experience within the last ten (10) years.
  • Relevant Combat Experience.
  • Experience as a SOF instructor.
  • Vast knowledge of NSWG-4/SWCC Special Boat Detachment Force Training and readiness manual as tied to the SWCC Inter Deployment Training Cycle.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
