Cyntel Technologies is supporting a Senior All Source Analyst/Technical lead opportunity in the DC area that is contingent upon contract award.
Are you a seasoned leader with deep roots in the Intelligence Community (IC)? Do you thrive in high-stakes environments where strategic thinking meets technical execution? We're seeking a dynamic Senior All Source Analyst / Technical Lead to drive mission-critical initiatives and lead elite teams supporting national security objectives.
What You’ll Do:
As the Senior All Source Analyst / Technical Lead, you’ll be the keystone between technical execution and strategic oversight. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with evolving IC priorities.
• Lead and mentor analysts and technical staff across diverse intelligence programs
• Develop and execute long- and short-term plans for systems, applications, and methodologies
• Provide post-production tradecraft evaluations and technical area leadership
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders (Contracting Officers, CORs, etc.) to define goals and measure performance
• Build and maintain a qualified, full-time team aligned with mission priorities
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and capabilities in your domain
• Bridge the gap between non-technical management and technical mission requirements
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree + 10 years in the IC
• OR Associate’s degree + 12 years in the IC
• OR Master’s degree + 8 years in the IC
• All-source analytic training from a recognized IC schoolhouse or IC member certification
• Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead or higher, including mentoring junior analysts
• Proficiency with ICD 203 standards
Knowledge & Skills:
• Expertise in post-production tradecraft evaluations
• Strong program management and technical leadership capabilities
• Experience creating solutions that impact financials, scheduling, tools, and methodologies
• Skilled in developing detailed work plans with milestones and dependencies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
