We're seeking an experienced Naval Aviation Maintenance System Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our NTCSS project team Norfolk in the and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of naval aviation maintenance. We are in search of a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in NALCOMIS Optimized Intermediate Maintenance Activities (NALCOMIS-OIMA) to support the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and 3M functions. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts to provide insights into aviation maintenance policies and processes.
- Decompose naval aviation maintenance and logistics requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues within complex information technology systems used for maintenance management.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of relational database management systems and interface requirements.
- Offer expertise in Aircraft Inventory and all associated naval aviation logistics and readiness management systems (3M).
- Function as a deep-level application, database, and systems administrator SME in Optimized NALCOMIS, supporting fleet users.
Qualifications :
Required:
- US Citizen
- Must have an active secret clearance and must be able to obtain a T5 investigation clearance
- Must have at least 5 years' experience performing U.S. Naval Aviation maintenance activities
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Naval Aviation maintenance policies and procedures as outlined in NAMP CNAFINST 4790.2 series
- Possess in-depth knowledge of maintaining manual and electronic logs and records for aircraft and Weapons Replaceable Assembly (WRA)
- Possess in-depth knowledge of OIMA functions and its interface with OOMA servers, including troubleshooting application and data-driven anomalies
- Demonstrated In-depth knowledge of Aircraft Inventory and all associated naval aviation logistics and readiness management functions and systems (3M)
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification or higher (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CASP, CISSP) or capability to obtain within 6 months from hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have experience in fields associated with DoD Business IT supply, logistics, maintenance, and/or personnel administration system for aviation, afloat or shore activities.

- Demonstrable analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to document detailed procedures and functional test cases
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and relational database management systems
- 10+ years' experience performing U.S. Naval Aviation maintenance activities
