Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage and reconcile vendor billing workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in Telecom Billing Management and will be responsible for data calls, managing the Bureau's Telecom Billing reconciliation, and reporting on software license usage and attrition.
Responsibilities
Reconcile and manage workflows for vendor billing.
Handle data calls and manage the Bureau's Telecom Billing reconciliation.
Report on software license usage and attrition.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with billing procedures.
Develop and implement billing processes and controls.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
Generate detailed billing reports for management review.
Requirements:
Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telecom Billing Management.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in billing and accounting software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with telecom billing systems and processes.
Familiarity with software license management.
