The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator for an Enterprise CMDB in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.

This position is hybrid, with work expected on site in Chantilly, VA 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will lead a Business Analyst and Solution Architect to facilitate definition and prioritization workshops with Government stakeholders to define and prioritize CMDB Enterprise use cases. CACI expects workshops to be held in person at or near Scott Air Force base as the most likely location about every other month.

You will provide quality oversight and contribute to the team that will develop use case solutions which may include project plans, architecture drawings, bills of material (BOMs), labor estimates, etc. The software that will be used includes Axonius, ServiceNow, and Flexera Data Platform. Lastly, you will report status and help maintain updates to the project schedule working with the CMDB Project Manager.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
  • A strong understanding of ServiceNow, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Axonius and Flexera Data Platform
  • Service Mapping, Zero Trust, Comply to Connect, Configuration Management, Change Management, IT Catalog, and/or Advanced Monitoring experience.
  • A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL.
  • Experience leading a team of Business Analysts or Solution Architects.
  • A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
  • Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
  • Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
  • 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities
  • Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal


Desired:
  • Service Mapping, Zero Trust, Comply to Connect, Configuration Management, Change Management, IT Catalog, and/or Advanced Monitoring experience.
  • Axonius and Flexera Data Platform experience.
  • An active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance
  • Agile or Scrum Master Certification
  • Experience working in the Department of Defense

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
