The Nexthink Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Nexthink platform. This role plays a critical part in enhancing IT operations through proactive issue detection, user behavior analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives based on Nexthink insights.

The Nexthink Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Nexthink platform. This role plays a critical part in enhancing IT operations through proactive issue detection, user behavior analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives based on Nexthink insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform including Collector deployment, Engine configuration, and Portal management
- Develop and deploy Nexthink campaigns, remote actions, investigations, and dashboards
- Monitor digital experience metrics and proactively identify issues or performance trends
- Collaborate with service desk, desktop engineering, and infrastructure teams to resolve end-user problems using Nexthink data
- Create custom dashboards and reports for different IT and business stakeholders
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Nexthink
- Work with vendors and internal teams during Nexthink upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments
- Train and support IT staff on using Nexthink for troubleshooting and monitoring
- Stay current with product developments and Nexthink community best practice
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, desktop support, or end-user experience platforms
- 2+ years of hands-on Nexthink administration experience
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, endpoint management, and IT service delivery
- Experience creating and managing Nexthink campaigns, dashboards, and investigations
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for remote actions and automation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and endpoint tools (e.g.,SCCM, Intune)
- DoD 8140 compliance, CompTIA Security + or higher
- Must have Active Secret Clearance
