CACI is seeking a cleared Knowledge Management Specialist to support an Army Program Office responsible for developing capabilities for soldiers. Place of work is Ft Belvoir, VA. Apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments that may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. May operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems, and create and execute plans for knowledge capture, storage, and dissemination. Secret clearance required.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in evaluating performance result and recommending changes affecting short-term project growth and success
• Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics, where applicable
• May play a significant role in improving efficiency, facilitating decision-making, and enhancing employee training by ensuring access to accurate and relevant information
• Identify, collect, and organize information from various sources, including documents, databases, and employee expertise
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of knowledge resources
• Direct users towards existing training resources
• Administer knowledge management roles as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• 4-year degree in IT or similar field and 5 + years' experience proving Knowledge Management support
• May substitute an additional 3 years of experience for the degree
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and build relationships
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools, content management systems, and other relevant technologies
Desired::
• Prior experience supporting a US Army Program, Project or Product Manager office
• Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
