The Opportunity:

As a CACI HUMINT Reports Manager you will directly support the intelligence requirements of Special Operations Command, US Northern Command (SOCNORTH). As a HUMINT Reports Manager you will provide analysis, creation of intelligence reports, targeting, and other types of HUMINT support to SOCNORTH. The HUMINT Reports Manager plays a critical role in managing the reporting and dissemination of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) information. This position involves reviewing, processing, and ensuring the quality and compliance of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), collection emphasis messages, and contact coordination requests (CCRs). The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical and communication skills to support collection management missions and provide valuable insights to government decision-makers. Perform the full range of HUMINT Reports and Requirements Management, collection strategy development, analytical research, production of briefings, charts, written assessments, and oral presentations in support of target development. Prepare and recommend operational usage of sensitive capabilities in support of the commander's priorities and objectives, and conduct internal, inter-service, and interagency coordination and de-confliction of targets and operational missions. Responsible for providing the HUMINT analytical expertise, guidance, coaching, and training to less-experienced analysts.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as HUMINT Reports Manager and as a technical collection SME.
  • Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on internal and external requirements policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Review HUMINT reporting and the processing of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
  • Draft, format, review, and quality check IIRs, collection emphasis messages, and CCRs.
  • Ensure compliance with local Major Command (MACOM) and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) specified policies and guidance.
  • Verify information meets unit Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and national information collection requirements reporting thresholds.
  • Maintain IIR reporting metrics to support the collection management mission.
  • Utilize intelligence tools for qualitative review of platform/collector performance.
  • Support monthly reporting of IIR metrics.
  • Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
  • Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information.
  • Solicit, analyze, document, and facilitate prioritization and validation of analyst needs.
  • Provides consistent real-time updates of collection and planned collection requirements through existing databases.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience should be as a HUMINT Reports Manager or Requirements Manager requirements manager
  • Applicable experience in HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IIR and CCR reporting, quality checking, and evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge and collection management systems.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.


Desired:
  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment.
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Past or Current Poly.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
