CACI has an immediate opportunity for a senior level Logistics Management Site Lead to support our mission critical program in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Logistics Management Site Lead supporting CACI's USINDOPACOM Alpha contract you will have the opportunity to support USINDOPACOM and its strategic and operational partners, managing a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Operations, Logistics, Training, Exercises, Financial Strategic Analysis and Key Leader Communications. You will lead and manage a team of experts that provides USINDOPACOM with a wide range of professional services that inform the development and execution of capabilities designed to address warfighter mission needs across the USINDOPACOM enterprise.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- As a Logistics Manager Site Lead, you will have the opportunity to embed at USINDOPACOM J4, located at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii, and work remotely as required to manage projects and the CACI Team that directly support USINDOPACOM Logistics and Operations priorities for the USINDOPACOM Alpha contract.
- Assist in the recruiting and staffing process to fill vacancies, onboarding new team members, ensuring Contract Deliverables (CDRLs) are completed on time and within scope, managing key stakeholder engagements, managing a geographically dispersed team, and serving as CACI's primary POC in Hawaii to the PRIME Contractor for all matters related to on-site execution.
- Manage day-to-day team operations, support on-going technical efforts, and complete administrative corporate requirements using Deltek and Workday.
- Responsible for the quality and efficiency of all assigned tasks, including both technical issues and business processes, and expected to deliver results on time and within scope.
- Responsible for less than 10 Full Time Employees (FTE's) to start, and this amount will increase over time.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree
- Possess a valid certification as either a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or be enrolled in either certification program with an expected completion date of no more than 12 months from starting on contract with CACI.
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience managing complex DoD projects and serving in leadership roles directing and mentoring teams.
- Three (3) years' experience on a combatant command staff.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Experience conducting Key Leader Engagements (KLE's) with Senior-level DoD personnel.
- Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Experience supporting USINDOPACOM operations within the last ten (10) years.
- Experience using Costpoint / Deltek and Workday.
Desired:
- A Master's degree
- More than fifteen (15) years of relevant experience managing complex DoD projects and serving in leadership roles directing and mentoring teams.
- Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple CONUS and OCONUS performance locations.
- Experience managing Time and Material and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee type contracts.
- Professional military education; intermediate or higher-level service Staff College.
- More than five (5) years of experience working in a Joint Staff or Geographic Combatant Command environment.
- Experience supporting USINDOPACOM operations within the last five (5) years.
