ASRC Federal (Prime) is actively hiring a Zero Trust Project Lead in support of our Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) program based out of Quantico VA.
Remote flexibility available! Telework offered with a requirement to be onsite up to two (2) days a week at Quantico Marine Corps Base VA.
As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will support and lead a team of seven (7) IT professionals by providing team leadership to architects and engineers within the Zero Trust (ZT) technology space, overseeing technical aspects and nurturing a productive and cohesive team environment that delivers high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
- At least Five (5) Years of engineering and/or administration of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Management Solutions (IAM) in enterprise environments, with 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, and/or Information Systems Management, Information Technology
- Certifications: DD8140/DoD8570.01-M IAM Level III e.g., CISM, CISSP, GSLC or CCISO.
- PMP Preferred.
- Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
Required Skills:
- Proven consultative mindset with the ability to work with the customer and other related parties to assist in defining integration strategies and align the activities with the pillars of Zero Trust and the DoD Zero Trust Initiative.
- Track record of expanding on client requirements with the utilization of the enterprise tools provided and technology to develop an integrated Zero Trust platform that can be vetted as meeting the Zero Trust control objectives.
- Work closely with project management, product managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure that quality assurance processes are followed and that all work meets quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze ZT system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of ZT systems to ensure security controls are effective and meet audit requirements.
- Prepare and present reports, metrics, and recommendations to internal and external customers regarding ZT initiatives and projects.
- Foster open communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills, and availability
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, including performance / resource management, professional development and planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated client-focus solutions provider excelling at understanding customer needs and translating those needs into solutions.
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- This is primarily a Telework position with a requirement to be onsite at least two (2) days a week. Onsite days may be higher during initial project design and implementation.
- If alternate worksite is other than DCSA facilities or corporate office space, must have the reliable ability to communicate over voice (cell phone preferred) and stable, capable internet connection.
- Must speak English well enough to communicate complex technical ideas to a diverse customer both verbally and in written form.
