What you will do
- Collaborate with a cross-functional Scrum team to design, develop, and deliver impactful software solutions
- Enhance and maintain existing systems using Agile DevSecOps practices
- Apply modern software development tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Work with containerized environments and automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code
What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's + 3 years, or 9 years total experience instead of a degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance (Polygraph preferred)
- Strong Python development skills, especially in workflow orchestration
- Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Familiarity with state machines, task queues (e.g., Celery), or workflow engines
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and data serialization formats (JSON, XML)
What we'd like you to have
- Knowledge of API design best practices and data governance
- Experience with Node.js
- Familiarity with Django, FastAPI, or Flask frameworks
- Security+ or equivalent certification and willingness to support deployed systems as a privileged user
