Raytheon seeks an experienced Project Manager who will help support the international programs. In this role you will have responsibility for the alignment of both project and program goals and objectives. In addition, you will be monitoring the project timelines, execution of risks, opportunities and report issues to management.

**This position will be based in Tucson, AZ, Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA

What You Will Do:

• Support international programs, ensuring alignment with both project and program goals and objectives.
• Implement strategic plans for global projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Partner in the execution of project deliverables and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
• Support project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor project progress, execute risks and opportunities, and report issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
• Provide support for international deliveries and shipments, including export and import regulations and internal processing requirements.
• Respond to technical and data requests in partnership with management.
• Support international warranty period for international projects.
• Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
• Prior Program/Project management experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in project management, including leadership roles in an applicable discipline.
• Detail-oriented approach to project management.
• Risk and Opportunity Management Experience
• Domestic and International Proposal Experience
• PM Level 7 certification or ability to acquire certification within a year.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience working with government and defense agencies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in aerospace and defense.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
