The Opportunity:
CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics , and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$98,500-$206,800

Responsibilities:
- Serves as the engineering project lead in Colorado Springs, l everag ing technical experience working with complex DoD systems to enhance Integrated Product Support (IPS) engineering activities and ensure project outcomes ( e.g. technical cost/schedule/performance) .
- Communicate s with program management , lead systems engineer , and cross-functional engineering teams to develop , execute, maintain , and continuously improve comprehensive project plans .
- Work s effectively with lead systems engineer and cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project objectives ; foster s a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficient problem-solving while ensur ing all technical requirements and project specifications are met .
- Address es and troubleshoot s technical issues and problems that arise during the project lifecycle; provide s solutions and guidance to the engineering team to overcome challenges and keep the project on track.
- Demonstrate s a deep understanding of the engineering principles relevant to the project; appl ies advanced engineering knowledge to inform decision-making and drive project success.
- May supervise other engineers located in Colorado Springs
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must hold an active TS clearance ( with SCI preferred ) . Ability to obtain SCI required
- BS Engineering Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience working with or leading cross-functional engineering teams, preferably using Agile/Scrum/Kanban execution methodologies within a DoD project context
- Familiarity with the operation, integration, testing, maintenance, or sustainment of the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS) or similarly complex DoD systems.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of technical stakeholders
- Soft skills such as: Problem solving, Communication, Adaptability, Critical thinking, Time management and Interpersonal communication skills.
