Lockheed Martin seeks highly motivated AI&T Engineering Lead to join the Global Security team in Denver, Colorado.
As a AI&T Engineering Lead, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Collaborate with the customer, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to define a comprehensive test approach for Space and Ground interfaces, focusing on End-to-End testing within a System of Systems context
• Supporting customer meetings and working groups to establish testing plans prior to and during operation
Leveraging domain expertise to identify key tests that validate mission goals and requirements early in the lifecycle
• Developing test plans and procedures to ensure successful testing and transition to operations for each system
To maintain the program's "go-fast" culture, AI&T Engineers will work in a digital environment, utilizing tools such as:
• DOORS NG for requirements management
• Cameo for model-based systems engineering
By working collaboratively with the customer and leveraging digital tools, AI&T Engineers will help establish a robust test approach that ensures the successful integration of new systems.
Selected candidates will typically have a Bachelors degree, or higher, in Engineering or other technical discipline with 14+ years of related professional work experience

Basic Qualifications:
• Assembly, Integration, and Test Engineering experience with experience supporting Enterprise Test
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of AI&T engineering processes
• Experience in, and working and planning in an Agile environment and tools
• Active or Current Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI - T5 investigation required
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience with major milestone reviews (SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR)
• Prior experience with satellite systems design, development, integration, test
• Prior experience with satellite ground systems design, development, integration, test
• Experience with systems architecture design of spacecraft, payload, and ground systems
• Experience in the design, development, and production phases of a contract
• Experience working on customer led working groups with multiple contractors
• Experience with MBSE in DOORS and Cameo
• Experience conducting/supporting Enterprise level testing across multiple systems
• Ability to support up to 20% travel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Prior experience with Class C programs
• Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Active or Current TS/SCI with T5 investigation

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
